The DS-2DE2202-DE3/W camera offers excellent parameters for affordable price. The mini-dome PTZ camera has been equipped with high quality 2 MP (1920 x 1080) CMOS sensor providing perfect video even in low-light conditions.
The camera has intelligent analysis functions such as line crossing and intruder detection in a specific area. The user can setup regions of interest (ROI) - parts of the image with increased video transmission parameters. The camera can be connected wirelessly (Wi-Fi, IEEE802.11 b/g/n) or via Ethernet port. The use of wireless connection is not recommended for applications in professional CCTV systems with video recording, due to a risk of interference and the influence of obstacles. The wireless connection is convenient in the case of live monitoring and videoconferencing.
The lens system of the camera can be rotated horizontally at a rate of 0.1°/s to 40°/s and vertically at a rate of 0.1°/s to 50°/s. With advanced image correction features such as 3D DNR D-WDR, BLC, HLC, the camera provides good results in difficult lighting conditions. The maximum zoom can reach 32 (2x optical zoom plus 16x digital zoom).
Thanks to flash technology, the access to the camera is possible directly via web browsers (Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Google Chrome etc). The management and control of the camera, other Hikvision cameras as well as Hikvision NVRs is possible with the use of the included free software (iVMS 4200). Users of smartphones can access the camera after installing free iVMS 4500 app available at Google Play.
Thanks to H.264 compression, the data stream is minimized. The user can configure two independent streams (primary and secondary), as well as choose H.264 or MJPEG compression and limit the bandwidth within 32 kbps to 12 Mbps range.
The camera has been designed for indoor applications.
It can be powered conventionally with 12 VDC or using PoE option (compatibility with 802.3af).
