For Express delivery we use DHL Express shipping. Usually the delivery time is 1 business day, but there are few exceptions for example remote locations or islands, where the shipping time could be 3-5 business days.

If you need VAT excl invoice please contact us for Proforma invoice before placing your order and making the payment

Yes, but can`t offer DHL Express shipping for end users.
For companies - please contact your customs and check what type of documents will be needed for the import and inform us. We will consult with DHL and inform you about the shipping.
For end users - we can offer standard post service after we recieve written confirmation from you that you are aware of the fact that it can take from 5 to 15 business days, we can`t and we won`t be reliable fro any damage or lost of the package.

Delivered "on demand" means that the product is available as a model, but the delivery usually takes between 15-20 business days.
The reason is that those products are not kept in stock by the manufacturer, that`s why after receiving order for such product we have to place order for model to be produced by the manufacturer.
When order for product delivered "on demand" is received we always contact our customers to inform them about the delivery time and ask for their order confirmation.

Those delays may mainly affect products that are delivered "on demand". Usually for such products to be delivered takes arround 12-20 business days. In the current situation the shipping time for some orders might be 18-25 business days.

Volumetric weight refers to the overall size of a parcel and is measured in volumetric kilograms. Volumetric weight can be calculated by multiplying the length, width and height of a parcel (in cm) and dividing that figure by 5000.
The shipping cost will be calculated on the one which is bigger. That way a PTZ camera with real weight of 5kg with package lets say 60 * 35 * 35 has almost 15kg volumetric weight. That will be the weight used for calculating the shipping cost
